UNFINISHED LIVING

In this structure live refugees people, most of them are from Yazidi escaped by Daesh violence. This building is at the entrance of the Dohuk city. The unfinished buildings are the place concrete and symbolic of the UNFINISHED LIVING. In these facilities these people consume their unfulfilled lives. They was torn from their daily lives; people that remained dormant, waiting for something to happen or that there is another place to go. The house for the wealthy West is the place of safety, the place where you feel protected. For many of us it is inconceivable the idea of not having a house to live. The people live in bad condition. The garbage remain all around the buildings and the children play between the rubbish. A Yazida young girl lives with her family in a unfinished house not far from Lalish, the religious village of Yazidi people. The colour inside the house is blu, like some plastic used to close the windows. This buildigs are without any protection. There aren't railing and the stairs haven't protection. Normally the family occupy only the first level of the structure because in the highest floor the wind and the temperature are too strong.
